Join GreenHouse Children's Yoga for a movement and storytelling class through yoga! Registration is required for each session.
A GreenHouse Children's Yoga session is designed to engage children in a nurturing and fun environment. Each class includes:
- Mindful Movement: Age-appropriate yoga poses to help improve motor skills, balance, and body awareness.
- Storytelling and Imagination: Incorporating themes and stories to spark creativity and make learning fun.
- Music and Rhythm: Engaging songs and rhymes to develop a sense of rhythm and coordination.
- Breathing Exercises: Simple techniques to teach relaxation and focus.
- Interactive Play: Activities that encourage bonding between caregivers and children.
- Gentle Transitions: Winding down with calming poses and a short guided relaxation to end the session peacefully.
